THRU GOLF – CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS NOTICE (CCPA/CPRA)

Effective Date: 1 December 2025

This California Privacy Rights Notice supplements the Thru Golf Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Thru Golf may collect personal information such as identifiers (including name and email address), contact information, internet activity or usage data, educational and program-related information submitted through applications, donation history, and general technical data collected through cookies or analytical tools. We do not collect sensitive personal information unless voluntarily submitted for program purposes.

Thru Golf does not sell personal information.

2. RIGHTS OF CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California residents have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the purposes for which the information is used, and the categories of third parties with whom information is shared. Residents also have the right to request deletion of personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, opt out of certain data practices, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

Requests must be verifiable and may require confirming identity or providing supplemental information.
