FROM MODEST MEANS
TO COLLEGE GREENS

Thru Golf provides opportunities for talented teens from modest means, giving them the coaching and financial support needed to pursue college golf scholarships and build brighter futures.

Changing the Odds for Promising Teen Golfers

55% of American high school graduates don’t enroll in a four-year college. For many, that decision is a financial one and it is potentially life-altering.

National Center for Education Statistics (2024)

“I’d estimate 80 percent of college golf scholarships go to students from families with substantial means.”

Will Green, Princeton University Men’s Golf Coach and President of the Golf Coaches Association of America

“Thru Golf seeks to close the opportunity gap by giving promising teen golfers a chance to compete on a level playing field for college scholarships, and more importantly, a great start in life.”
